eCommerce
If you want to sell online a simple CMS or static website will probably not suffice. In most cases it is preferable to use specific eCommerce software which has already been developed and tested, such as Magento or CS Cart, because unless your company has particularly specialist needs it is more cost effective than commissioning bespoke software. Most eCommerce systems allow you to manage stock, view orders and take instant payments on your website (once you’ve integrated with a payment processing provider such as Paypal or Worldpay), and any features not already included can be created with simple modifications. I have working demos so that I can help you make an informed decision, and of course all design work is entirely bespoke.
WordPress Development
Whilst in it’s most simple form WordPress is an easy to use basic CMS and blogging platform, it can also be extended and adapted to fulfill a wide range of requirements and in many cases gives the perfect platform upon which to develop relatively low cost websites of all types, including directories and membership sites. I specialise in extending WordPress, producing tailor made design work and functionality. If you are on a budget and cannot justify the expense of entirely bespoke software, I would be happy to discuss whether WordPress is a viable option.
